Does checking my options affect my credit score?

No. You can see your personalized monthly payment options without affecting your credit score. If you decide to move forward with a lender, that lender will explain their own process to you at that point.

Who am I actually borrowing from?

Not from us. Hearth connects you with its network of lending partners, and any loan you accept is between you and that lender. Where There’s a Will, God Builds is a home repair and remodeling contractor. We do not lend money.

Is there a cost to check my options?

No. Looking at your options is free and carries no obligation. You are free to see what is available and decide it is not for you.

What can financing be used for?

Any project we take on — a new deck, a kitchen or bath, a roof, a basement, restoration work, or a whole home transformation. If we can build it, it can typically be financed.

Does Where There’s a Will, God Builds decide whether I am approved?

No. We have no say in it whatsoever. We do not see your application, we do not review your credit, and we are not told why an offer was or was not made. That decision belongs entirely to the lending partners.

Am I obligated to hire you if I check my options?

No. Checking what is available to you is simply information. You are under no obligation to finance, and no obligation to hire us.
